Welcome to The Milborne Port History & Heritage Group which was formed in 2016 by a core of local history enthusiasts and has continued to grow in number and scope ever since.
Its remit is two-fold:
- to archive and preserve for posterity a huge array of artefacts, documents and local knowledge
- to provide a conduit for the sharing of this information through our museum, our website, Facebook page and our monthly talks and presentations given by people who are passionate about their subject
We are a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) Foundation model no 1186468, run by a small group of Trustees, assisted by a Committee. Please join our Facebook group! We will keep you updated regarding all of our activities.
